Kossa Geshe

Located in the Kebena Forest, Kossa Geshe is a farm established as a land grant in 2009 to help preserve Ethiopia’s remaining dense forests. The farm has been operated by its owner, Abdul, since 2016. In 2018, his coffee earned a Good Food Award—one of the first coffees from the west to receive this honor. The sourcing organization Crop to Cup has been captivated by Abdul’s coffee quality and cup profile and has proudly sourced his beans since that very first harvest.

Abdul continues to prove that his coffee stands among the best in the world. This naturally processed Ethiopian coffee offers vibrant fruit notes, remarkable complexity, and a beautifully balanced structure.
