Fireside Blend

This is our winter seasonal blend: our Fireside Blend. It comes from our farmers Adelmo Lopez from his farm, Finca Terrerito, and ALMA. It features beans grown from two of our favorite coffee growing regions — Honduras and Guatemala.

Our Fireside Blend encompasses the warm feelings of winter and brews the perfect tasting notes to enjoy while chestnuts are roasting and yuletide carols are being sung. This coffee has a thick texture with hints of cinnamon, plum, and milk chocolate. Because it is a washed process, our Fireside Blend produces more complex flavors and brighter, more acidic notes when cupped.
