El Corazon comes from the region of Colombia and is from the coffee producers at Atlas Coffee Importers. It is a small “Excelso” bean size —approximately .27in or a 15 screen—which provides some value without compromising quality in the cup.
Colombia coffees are known for their great diversity of qualities and types and El Corazon is no exception to the standard. Its cupping profile embodies the tasting notes of honey, malt, and lime with a round acidity.
El Corazon is a washed process coffee. The washed process tends to produce coffees with a brighter acidity and a cleaner, more defined profile.
