We partnered with Indian Creek Distillery to bring you this Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee. We have aged our natural Ethiopian beans in retired bourbon barrels . As our green coffee beans rested in these oak barrels, they absorbed the remaining bourbon left behind within the grains of the oak.
The porous nature of green coffee beans during this aging process allows for the infusion of flavor and the aromatic profile of bourbon to each batch. The beans were then diligently roasted to seal in the final tasting notes of bourbon, berries, and vanilla with hints of white grape.

Coming from Ethiopia, this natural processed coffee is sun dried on raised beds.
