Neja Fedil is a washed Ethiopian tasting of honeysuckle, grape, and juicy strawberry. This coffee is sure to get those taste buds poppin’.

Mr. Neja Fedil started his washing mill in 2017 after working several years as a coffee collector. The Neja Fadil wet mill has now registered about 250 farmers and uses a special drying process intended to stabilize water activity and moisture content in a more consistent and repeatable manner.

Packed with the ideal balance of floral and sweet fruit notes,. this clean, lightly roasted coffee offers a variety of flavors to note. Neja's mellow feel and high acidity make it perfect for slow sipping.
