Our La Estrella lot was produced in the remote area of Northern Peru by Luz Meri Quispe Diaz. Luz Meri lives in Berlin, which is located in the district of Huabal, in the province of Jaen. She is a person of character and an overall courageous person. As a female coffee cultivator, she excels in her field. She has multiple dreams and plans to continue to build her brand, and she will accomplish this with her strongest ally - her "sweet coffee," La Estrella. It is a fully washed coffee with 48-72 hours of dry fermentation and 21 days of patio drying. We taste orange, honey, and milk chocolate.
